Ochwilla would like to thank Ms. Doris Whitener and the Melrose Alumni Association for their generous gift of $500 to our school's rewards and incentives fund.  This money will be used to motivate our students and bring some fun activities to all the little owls.  Ms. Whitener presented the check to Joe Theobold, our new principal, at a recent training session held in our media center.  Next time you see Ms. Whitener or any member of the Melrose Alumni Association give them a personal thank you for helping make Ochwilla a wonderful place to learn.
